James Conley has good reason to be angry following his experience at the Jordan Creek Old Navy store in Des Moines, Iowa.
You see, James walked into an Old Navy he’d shopped at many times before, wearing an Old Navy jacket he’d received as a Christmas gift. When he went to the register to pay for a few hoodies, he was asked to pay for his jacket, too.
That’s right, the cashier — and then the manager — asked James to take off his jacket so they could scan it and make him pay for it.
He got the whole exchange on video and posted it on Facebook, explaining how it all went down.
