Doing such will deliver positive effects on your physiological processes that will lead to reduction of the body mass.

Your appetite is intensely controlled by the body’s hormonal balance. Sleeping less than 7 hours per night can produce high levels of cortisol, which is a hormone directly linked to conditions concerning stress. The body’s reaction to elevated levels of this hormone is amplified appetite. Always remember that sleeping for more than 10 hours per day can also result in an intensified body mass. With that, doctors recommend sleeping between 7 and 9 hours per day to attain the optimal balance.
